The purpose of this survey is to allow members of the Toulminville community to help create a Community Action Plan. There are seven topic areas covered by the plan. Each topic area will have a list of actions and each action will state who should lead the action.
For each topic area please suggest an action and who you think should be responsible for leading the action. You can add as many actions as you like.
