The Toulminville Neighborhood Plan will be presented to the City Planning Commission at an upcoming meeting. Meanwhile, several actions in the plan are already underway, including the formation of a neighborhood planning group.
The Planning Commission’s public hearing is scheduled for October 19, 2023, at 2 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room of Government Plaza, located at 205 Government Street. Comments regarding the proposed Toulminville Neighborhood Plan can be sent to planning@cityofmobile.org .
