The current proposed UDC (shown here) was considered by City Planning Commission the March 10, 2022 public hearing. At that hearing, Planning Commission recommended that the proposed UDC be considered by City Council at a future public hearing. Alabama state law requires at least two public hearings for adoption – one with the Planning Commission followed by one with the City Council.
