During the City Council public hearings in late 2021, several changes were proposed to the UDC. To reinitiate the formal adoption process, the current proposed UDC will be reconsidered by City Planning Commission at a public hearing. On April 1, City Planning Commission recommended the draft UDC articles to City Council. It is anticipated that Council will convene multiple meetings to discuss the UDC and take public comment prior to voting on the ordinance.
